Coach Screw Core Die

The surface of the die is R-inverted for beautifying screws and strengthening screw heads to prevent breakage. The four crossing are R-inverted to be in compliance with international standards (I.F.I.) proloning the life of the tooling. Air opening is dug at the joint to avoid the convexity of the screw (commonly called sticking out foot).

Cord forging is not a must to avoid the destruction of the inside material while compressing and the destabilizing of the tooling's life. (The cost of the electric discharge is high and it also needs polishing.)
